The storm has meandered a bit farther south than forecast, and it has weakened, rather than strengthening, today. The storm has already proven to be fickle, and its forecast is somewhat uncertain over the coming days.

Tropical Storm Watches are up for the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
